Manufactured Housing Project Manager

Intertek is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of manufactured housing projects. This role involves providing technical support to the sales team, conducting drawing reviews and approvals, and performing engineering evaluations to ensure conformity to North American Building Codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project timelines and pricing estimates in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct plant Quality Control Audits and Technical Inspections of modular buildings in fabrication.
  • Assemble Quality Control Manuals and Certification Listing Reports.
  • Attend technical or industry association meetings to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Travel to various client sites in North America and overseas.
