Role of Pre-Board Screening Officers:

In this position, you will leverage your exceptional customer service abilities to guarantee passenger safety and enhance the travel experience by:

  • Conducting thorough screening of passengers and luggage at airport security checkpoints
  • Delivering information with professionalism and integrity
  • Verifying boarding passes
  • Utilizing X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other technologies to inspect luggage for prohibited items
  • Securing restricted access areas
  • Diligently applying all relevant regulations

Qualifications for PASS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Clear criminal background
  • Proficient in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Capable of meeting medical standards
  • Proven excellent customer service experience in a high-pressure environment for a minimum of one year
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, days, late evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
