Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.

  • Represent the organization or appoint delegates for negotiations and official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
