Responsibilities- Install and Maintain Equipment: Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cables and associated hardware.
- Inspect and Test Signals: Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Read Blueprints: Read blueprints and technical documents to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Repair and Maintain Networks: Repair and maintain telecommunications networks, including cables, equipment, and associated infrastructure.
- Complete Reports: Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document work performed and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work Safely: Work safely at heights, using ladders, poles, and other support structures to access and maintain equipment and networks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
