Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Hytech Paper Products Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
