About the Role:
Okanagan College is seeking a highly qualified Pharmacy Technician Instructor to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the pharmacy technician program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver curriculum for pharmacy technician students, ensuring they meet the program's learning objectives.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development and revision of the pharmacy technician program, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pharmacy education.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in pharmacy education or a related field.
- Work Term: Temporary.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 15 hours per week.
