Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
