ROSS, a team of People Specialists dedicated to aligning People Strategy with business growth, has been engaged to identify a Project Manager in Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager in Wealth Management will be tasked with leading and overseeing a front office project in Wealth Management.

  • Extensive Project Management Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in project management.
  • Project Planning Expertise: Proficient in project planning and management methodologies.
  • Methodological Proficiency: Familiarity with standard project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE, Agile, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Risk Management: Experience in progress reporting, issue resolution, action tracking, and the ability to identify risks and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Planning: Skilled in resource planning, defining skill set requirements, and managing personnel.
  • Execution Against Timelines: Ability to adhere to project plan timelines to deliver agreed-upon outcomes within the approved budget.
  • Front Office Application Experience: Relevant experience in front office applications.
  • CFA Level 1: Holding a CFA Level 1 certification is a significant advantage.
  • Wealth Management Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of Wealth Management practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead with a calm and professional demeanor, engaging effectively with all organizational levels from analysts to executives.
  • Independent Thinker: Self-motivated with experience in larger projects, typically spanning 6-12 months for the requirements phase.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in French is an asset.
