About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at 2526543 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Perform Pre-Operational Inspection
  • Assist in Aligning Pipes During Pipeline Construction
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills and Other Contaminants
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty, Hot
  • Work Setting: Urban Area, Various Locations, Rural Area, Construction Site
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Nail Guns, Drills, Hand Tools
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional, Residential
  • Security and Safety: Bondable
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own Transportation, Willing to Travel
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically Demanding, Repetitive Tasks, Handling Heavy Loads
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
