Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Graceland Creative Film Corp. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our communications materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Visual Elements: Create graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, including illustrations, typography, and photography.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Consult with clients to establish the overall look and feel of communications materials.
  • Coordinate Production: Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Estimate Time and Resources: Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language.
