About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at CNC Contract Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, Mop, and Clean Floors: Maintain the cleanliness of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Disinfect and Clean Fixtures and Appliances: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Provide Basic Information to Clients: Offer basic information to clients regarding facilities, including directions and amenities.
  • Remove Debris and Empty Trash Containers: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain attention to detail and ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
