Key Responsibilities

  • Support service technicians in identifying necessary parts.
  • Prepare parts quotations for the service department.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and assist customers as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a back counter role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong mathematical and reading comprehension abilities.
  • Familiarity with Peterbilt or Paccar brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • General knowledge of distribution center operations.
  • Capability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment (cost covered by Peterbilt).
  • Proficient in computer use with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
