Dartmouth, Canada Rhino Truck Lube Centre Full time

**Rhino Truck Lube Centre is looking for an experienced Parts advisor to join our team in Dartmouth The Parts advisor will split their time working with the technicians and service supervisor to order parts for customer vehicles and keeping stock on inventory. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the first drive through, no appointment, warranty approved service centre in Dartmouth, servicing the commercial and heavy-duty sector.**

**Parts Manager duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Assist technicians by providing them with necessary parts to complete tasks efficiently.
- Keep an up to date count on inventory and monitor parts coming in/ going out.
- Stock parts and keep parts room organized.
- Work alongside the service supervisor to make quotes and estimates for customers.
- Source parts from various suppliers required for repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
- Always maintain professionalism and represent company in a positive manner.
- Follow all processes and procedures as established by the Rhino management team.
- Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Attend and participate in training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Rhino management team.

**What you bring**:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Vast knowledge of parts
- Experience on maintenance and services on a variety of trucks and trailers.
- Experience in the Heavy Duty/Commercial sector.
- Light duty experience considered an asset.
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Proficiency using computers and learning new programs.

**Work Conditions**:

- Extended periods of standing/ walking.
- Interaction with customers employees and management.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on the shop floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
