Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Production Operations: Operate industrial sewing machines on a piece-work or production basis to meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Use sewing guides and tension devices to ensure high-quality products.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Complete and maintain production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
