Job Summary

PSP FABRICATING INC is seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products on a piece-work or production basis.
  • Use sewing guides and tension devices to achieve precise stitching and minimize errors.
  • Complete and maintain accurate production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including vinyl, textiles, and leather, to produce finished products.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule. Public transportation is available for those who need it.
