Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network and sensitive information.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform routine network start-up and close-down, maintain control records, and execute data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Customer Support: Respond to requests for help and information from website visitors and designers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-focused, initiative-driven, organized, and a team player.
