Job Overview

CMiC, a leading global Software Development firm, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Support Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payroll support team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients, ensuring seamless payroll operations, and collaborating with our technical team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Payroll Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to identify and resolve payroll-related issues, and to develop and implement new payroll solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and analyze client requirements to inform the development of new payroll features and functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of payroll systems and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education: College or university degree in a relevant field, or significant payroll experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll operations, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
