About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Recruit Hub Consulting Inc. as a key member of our digital solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Collaborate with clients to identify their digital requirements and develop tailored solutions.
    • Consult with clients to design and document website requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Design and Development
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, leveraging expertise in web development and user experience (UX) design.
    • Create and optimize content for websites using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Security and Quality Assurance
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, developing policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
