We are seeking a Part-time Security Officer, Border Services, to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of government buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient watches on detainees from the border
  • Detain and escort individuals to and from Toronto
  • Identify, track, and report potential threats
  • Communicate with emergency services as needed
  • Conduct patrols
  • Communicate any suspicious behavior or concerns
  • Report all potentially dangerous situations

Requirements:

  • A valid security guard license and First Aid CPR card
  • A clear criminal background
  • Residency in Canada for 5 years or more
  • Ability to pass Federal Reliability Clearance
  • Vulnerable Sector Clearance check (provided by local Police Station)
  • Full G license with Clean Abstract
  • Use of Force certification an asset
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
