Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist at Shelby's Shawarma, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in food preparation and cooking will ensure that our customers enjoy high-quality meals tailored to their preferences.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
You will be working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, which may include:
- Restaurant
- Fast food outlet or concession
Your primary tasks will include:
- Assessing food portion sizes and associated costs
- Planning menus and estimating food requirements
- Ordering food and kitchen supplies
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes
- Accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety
- Training kitchen staff in food preparation and handling
- Supervising kitchen personnel and assistants
- Maintaining inventory and records of food and supplies
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
