Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Flame House Grill and Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
