Position Overview

As a Construction Project Supervisor at BLUE ARC HOMES, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that all operations are executed efficiently and safely.

Educational Requirements

The role involves working in conditions that may be dusty, noisy, and odorous.

Work Setting

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide apprenticeship training programs.
  • Prepare competitive bids for projects.
  • Compile production and other relevant reports.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Advise on personnel decisions.
