Key Responsibilities- Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients to provide proactive service and support.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all client needs are met.
- Collaborate with advisors to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Support the advisor team in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
- Strong skills in business applications and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
