Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Packaging: Prepare take-out meals for customers.
  • Food Portioning: Accurately portion and wrap various food items.

  • Stock Management: Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Food Processing: Utilize manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming food items.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
