We are seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Director of FP&A Commercial Finance.

Department: Global Finance

Location: Flexible (Hybrid work model)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Director of FP&A Commercial Finance, you will be instrumental in steering the financial strategies of our FP&A Commercial team. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investment Analysis: Develop and evaluate business cases for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and robust assumptions.
  • Financial Modeling: Create comprehensive financial models to project the impacts of business initiatives on financial statements.
  • Performance Evaluation: Design and implement financial measurement frameworks for key initiatives and pilot programs.
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Oversee the prioritization and execution of data and analytics initiatives.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals to achieve excellence.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly present financial analyses and models to internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Direct the annual budgeting process for commercial operations.
  • Strategic Contributions: Play a key role in formulating long-term business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Accounting.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of FP&A principles, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Language Proficiency:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
