Mental Health Case Coordinator Nurse

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team as a Mental Health and Addictions Case Coordinator Nurse in Powell River.
Key Responsibilities- Provide treatment and case management services to individuals with mental health issues and concurrent disorders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues to provide appropriate treatment services.
- Perform key duties such as intake, mental health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, consultation, individual counseling, education, and support groups.

Qualifications- Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing.
- Two years' recent related experience providing treatment services to individuals with mental health issues.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
