Join Our Team as a Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our food service department.

  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
    • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
    • Compile food order summaries for the chef to ensure timely preparation.
    • Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure quality control.
    • Manage the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
    • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-10 individuals.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
