Job Summary

1570823 ONTARIO INC. is seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to oversee our insulation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, team leadership, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of insulators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insulation department, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire new team members, and arrange for training and development programs to ensure the team has the necessary skills to complete projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or project coordination role
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations
