Job Title: Insulation Supervisor

At SWIFT MECHANICAL SERVICES INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit and Train: Recruit and train new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan and coordinate the installation of insulation materials.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that insulation installation meets project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
