Your Role:
As a leader in the Guest Service or Retail sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the theatre, with a strong emphasis on food service management. Your expertise will encompass budget ownership, sales strategies, and team training, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth theatre operations, focusing on labor costs, revenue control, guest satisfaction, and safety.
- Manage day-to-day food service operations, including revenue generation, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and cash management.
- Implement food service programs, providing training and guidance to frontline staff while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the execution of the Alcohol Beverage program, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Enhance visual merchandising strategies for our self-serve Marketplace, promoting a diverse selection of food and beverages.
- Maintain open communication with management and regional sales teams to align on operational goals.
- Engage with Movie Lovers to create memorable experiences and address any service recovery needs.
- Monitor and support Cast performance, providing feedback and addressing issues promptly.
- Promote a safe working environment by ensuring all staff adhere to safety practices.
- Take ownership of budgets and performance targets, driving results through effective management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a movie theatre, quick service restaurant, or retail environment.
