Landscape Worker Job Description

NAMU LANDSCAPE is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor work crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our clients' properties.
  • Apply fertilizers and repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Tree removal and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment.
  • Own transportation or access to public transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
