Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with expertise in AWS technologies to join our team at CG Consulting Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to understand requirements and design software solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop scalable and efficient software solutions using AWS technologies such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.
  4. Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Python development in an enterprise environment, covering the entire development life cycle.
  2. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
  3. Strong technical skills with AWS technologies, including Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Python and Java development.
  2. Knowledge of the capital markets domain.
