About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
