This position is set within a dynamic retail business, including a gas bar, where teamwork and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor staff, including apprentices and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Engage in direct sales of merchandise.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory challenges.
  • Maintain and organize stock levels efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise team activities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
