Job Title: Window Cleaning Supervisor

Sierra Window and Property Services is seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Recommend additional services required for clients, such as painting or repair work
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work at heights and outdoors
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
