Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Learning Advisor specializing in Aerospace Structural Assembly. As part of the Organizational Learning team, you will serve as an advisor on production training requirements. You will collaborate closely with strategic partners to propose educational solutions that align with manufacturing objectives.
Your contributions to the organization:
- Engage in proactive training needs analysis and validate training methods, tools, and content
- Create and revise technical training materials and practical exercises
- Design classrooms and learning environments conducive to effective training
- Facilitate training sessions
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
- Act as a resource, providing the technical expertise necessary to address complex operational challenges
- Lead coaching sessions to offer constructive feedback to learners
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement, developing an improvement plan and communicating it to stakeholders
- Encourage ongoing training, human development, and operational excellence
Key qualifications for success:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an aeronautical structure assembler
- A vocational diploma (DEP) or a college diploma (DEC) in aircraft structural assembly, avionics, or aerospace engineering
- Experience in learning, adult education, project management, and coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others
- Team-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and tolerance for change
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingual in French and English
