Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide expert recommendations to customers.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
