Alteo Inc. is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Operations Analyst for a permanent role. This position is focused on safeguarding IT infrastructures and enhancing security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Identify and address cybersecurity threats to mitigate risks.
- Analyze and investigate alerts generated by the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Collaborate with relevant teams to formulate incident response strategies.
- SOC Operations: Support the daily functions of the SOC to maintain optimal performance.
- Oversee the configuration and tuning of SOC tools.
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track SOC performance metrics.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to security standards and protocols to manage risks.
- Verify compliance with established security norms.
- Assist in the dissemination of compliance-related documentation and tools.
- Develop procedures for monitoring compliance effectively.
- Team Development: Foster the growth of team members to enhance overall performance.
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
- DEC/BAC in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of the electronic payment sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in network protocols and TCP/IP security.
- Experience with log management and forensic analysis.
- Familiarity with security and quality standards (e.g., PCI, ISO).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to meeting obligations.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues.
- Strong reporting and monitoring capabilities.
