About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and point of sale systems.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
