Golf-square Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our customer support operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Authorize payments made via cheque.
- Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
- Develop and implement work schedules for the team.
- Facilitate the sale of merchandise to customers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members.
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
