About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Ashraf El Khodeir Professional Corporation. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management and stakeholders.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong background in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
