Join Our Team as a Finance Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Supply Chain Analyst to optimize the financial aspects of our supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate financial planning and analysis for our supply chain, contributing to cost-saving strategies and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to enhance financial performance and support integrated business planning (IBP) activities.
  • Contribute to risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making, supporting cross-functional teams and driving company-wide improvements.

As a Finance Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop financial models, support the preparation of forecasts and reports, and oversee supply chain cost management.
  • Identify and support the implementation of cost-saving opportunities, analyze procurement and logistics costs, and help manage financial aspects of inbound and outbound logistics.
Cost Control:
  • Perform analysis of Days in Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and Days of Coverage (DOC) KPIs, assist in monitoring and analyzing freight costs, and help calculate month-end accruals.
  • Support fleet management and assess fleet maintenance costs.
IBP Process Support:
  • Increase the maturity level of our IBP process, track benefits, and follow up on customer service and supply chain KPIs.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or supply chain management, with a focus on financial analysis and cost management.
