At Interior Health Authority, we're seeking a skilled External Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent in the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with IH leaders and managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.

• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure they're engaged with our career marketing efforts and have the tools they need to recruit qualified staff.

• Prescreen and shortlist candidates based on manager specifications, and provide HR guidance on interview and selection processes.

• Develop and maintain an inventory of qualified external applicants, and work with marketing specialists to create effective marketing materials.

• Build relationships with educational institutions to attract potential staff and develop recruitment practices that meet the needs of our organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

**Salary Range:**

$74,618 to $107,264

**How You'll Create an Impact:**

As an External Recruiter, you'll be responsible for developing and sustaining Interior Health's recruitment capacity, building relationships to attract potential future talent, and working collaboratively with a strong recruitment team to support hiring managers in meeting their health HR needs.
