Job Title: General Construction Labourer

Mosser Landscape Group Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Labourer to join our team. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Work Environment

As a General Construction Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role. You will also be required to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and landscape maintenance areas.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting with landscape constructions, including planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role
  • Ability to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and landscape maintenance areas
  • Ability to assist with landscape constructions, including planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Ability to remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Ability to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Ability to direct traffic at or near construction sites
Working Conditions

As a General Construction Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as necessary. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
