Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Doniki Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from work sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in the demolition of buildings, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights, in dangerous environments, and in cold/refrigerated conditions.
  • Willingness to work in various locations and adapt to changing work site conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
