- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office applications to perform administrative tasks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English language proficiency
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.
