Position Overview

The role of the Pharmacy Operations Manager involves overseeing the effective management of pharmacy services within a corporate environment. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and operational execution to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the pharmacy sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute marketing initiatives to enhance service visibility.
  • Develop financial plans and track both income and expenditures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives.
  • Support healthcare professionals with relevant pharmaceutical information.
  • Evaluate the needs of the pharmacy to determine specifications for necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Direct and assess the performance of sales teams across various sectors including retail and wholesale.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively convey promotional messages.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and formal engagements.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency.

Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation is essential.
