We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at 1038078 BC LTD. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people to achieve pharmacy goals and objectives.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Operations and Logistics: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Assist healthcare professionals and provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
This is a permanent position working 32 hours per week. The job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, making it a green job.
