Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Community Campus Administrator at the College of New Caledonia. This is a key leadership position that requires strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the campus and coordinate administrative functions required by academic and service departments.
  • Support and promote strategic partnerships, relationships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with college departments to ensure effective and efficient delivery of local operations and functions.
  • Develop and manage operational and project budgets, and oversee financial transactions.
  • Represent the College at community meetings and events, and foster relationships with Indigenous Rights Holders, community, industry partners, and local organizations.
  • Collaborate with Educational Administrators to identify community educational needs and inform current and future program offerings.
  • Ensure complaints, concerns, and suggestions are addressed expeditiously, and respond to and manage student non-academic misconduct incidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Education or Business Administration preferred).
  • Working knowledge of post-secondary systems, policy, and processes.
  • Experience in Project Management and community relations.
  • Ability to motivate and engage a community through inclusive practices and superior communication skills.
  • Demonstrated senior administrative skills in areas of finance, human resources, and facilities.
  • Proficient in appropriate technological applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, and database construction.
