Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in a fast-paced fast food outlet or concession environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
